Each attendee for our first in-person author series event received a book of their own selection and a copy of our guest’s, Nell Choi, book, My Hospital Story. Each copy included a special-edition bookmark and bracelet. The children also decorated their own journals, inspired by Choi’s experiences using diaries as a creative outlet during her time in the hospital.
